Purpose of the Role:

As a Site Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring seamless visitor planning, training coordination, and community event organisation. Your role will be crucial in supporting the site management team with essential administrative tasks, fostering smooth communication across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Visitor Planning & Management:

Coordinate and manage all site visitor arrangements, including lunches, room bookings, PPE requirements, and compliance with site safety protocols. Act as the main point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional experience.

Training Coordination:

Book and manage training sessions, liaise with participants and external providers, handle logistics, and maintain accurate training records.

Health Surveillance:

Schedule and coordinate health surveillance appointments, maintain records, and liaise with occupational health providers.

Communication:

Prepare site newsletters, update digital boards, and support site branding initiatives.

Community & Engagement Events:

Collaborate with the Community & Charity Manager to deliver local community engagement events and support corporate social responsibility initiatives.

General Administration & Site Support:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Site Director and management team, maintain office supplies, assist with meeting coordination, and manage general office tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:


Essential:



Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior administrative, coordination, or office management role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable:



HND in Business Administration.

Experience in training coordination, visitor management, or event planning.

Knowledge of health and safety or occupational health processes.

Ability to influence across various levels.

Pay: Up to 33,000.00 per year
