Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a Site Cleaning Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a growing company with extensive experience in all aspects of cleaning. As Site Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for setting and guiding the strategy for developing and directing the operational team, maintaining standards, and ensuring a 5-star quality of service. The ideal Site Cleaning Manager will have Soft FM/Hospitality related experience, experience in managing cleaning teams with a focus on customer service.
Responsibilities:
Maintain strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction
Provide and maintain the quality of service delivery
Manage and coach teams
HR and H&S Compliance
Develop strategies and solutions associated with the project, and manage their implementation, optimising cost, schedule and performance activities
Undertake full budgetary responsibility for the contract/Site
Manage the implementation of Quality Plan for the Project
Look for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and development of service
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in leading and managing a large team
Excellent time keeping, organisation, planning and scheduling skills
Understanding of various cleaning approaches and methods
Strong commercial awareness and industry knowledge, financial acumen and IT literacy
Familiar with HR procedures and current health and safety legislation
Excellent oral and written communication skills able to communicate with clients and staff
Self- motivated, passionate, flexible, trustworthy and innovative
Ability to work well under pressure
