Site Based Assistant Project Manager (Construction/Housing)
Full Time 37 hours per week (Part Time also considered) -Permanent
\xc2\xa340,701 per annum plus \xc2\xa31,239 essential car user allowance(pro rata for part time)
The opportunity:
Linc has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager / Quality Inspector to join our busy Development Team on a fixed term contract basis.

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to carry out a variety of functions.
What we need from you:
Have relevant construction experience or hold/be working towards and HNC or equivalent construction related qualification.
Attend site as required to ensure the smooth running of contract and high-quality construction is achieved.
Able to provide technical advice on initial design proposals to influence material selection and to promote optimum design solutions.
Ability to carry out snagging of completed units, to ensure that the property is ready for final inspection by the Employer\'s Representative.
