The potholder will be responsible for the provision of the delivery and evaluation of highly skilled individualised care to all patients whilst supporting and guiding junior staff. He / she will actively support senior colleagues and take charge of the Unit in the absence of a clinical Band 7 and will promote the role of Band 6 within critical care.
