Salary: \xc2\xa320.95 per hour
I\'m recruiting for a Sister position based in Belfast. As a Sister, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing leadership and expert nursing care to our patients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a senior role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily nursing activities on your unit or ward.
- Lead and support nursing staff in delivering excellent patient care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Mentor and train junior nursing staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- Minimum of [X] years of nursing experience, including supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
