Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Door Supervisor with 3+ years of experience to work in a casino shop in Croydon.
Must be reliable, trustworthy, a good time keeper, have good customer services skills, be clean, smart and presentable, confident working alone and be able to deal with high risk/volatile issues if they arise.
Must have physically worked in the industry for 3 years, we do not accept people that have just received their SIA badge which is now valid for 3 years.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK:
32-40hrs per week
Shifts: 4 days on 2 days off
Times: 16:00 -00:00
Pay: 13:00ph (paid monthly by the 7th)
Must be able to provide the following:
CV & References (full 5 year history plus personal)
2 personal reference (friend for at least 5 years)
Utility bill within the last 3 months.
CRB/DBS
UTR number
Passport
Responsibilities
ID checks Bag searches Ensuring no one is under the influence of any drugs or alcohol and neither is brought into the premises Daily checks of self excluded or banned customers Provide first aid assistance when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with the public and staff.
