London Door Company have been crafting bespoke, high quality luxury doors for over 35 years, our exquisite exterior doors are designed to complement every style of home. Hand-finished in our London workshop and installed with the utmost attention to detail, London Door Company has a solid reputation for delivering the high standards that discerning clients demand.
We are seeking to recruit a Showroom Advisor to work on a permanent basis, who will be responsible (along with the Sales Manager) for the day to day running of our London Door Battersea showroom, ensuring our discerning clients receive the highest level of customer service.
To join us, it\'s crucial that you\'re an articulate and flexible individual, and experience in a similar luxury retail or showroom environment would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all prospective clients are greeted in a friendly and professional manner, that they receive a good showroom product demonstration and that their enquiries are properly qualified before their details are passed on to a Designer;
- To ensure the showroom is kept clean and tidy, which includes ensuring that all displays are in excellent condition, as well as samples being present and in good order;
- General administration tasks, including updating showroom footfall and recording client information.
Personal Qualities:
- Articulate, diligent and flexible individual;
- Experience of dealing with discerning clients;
- Target driven retail experience, ideally from within a luxury retail or showroom environment;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Impeccable personal appearance;
- Personable, friendly and confident with a can do attitude;
- IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
Hours of Work:
10am to 4:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
