We want people to enjoy snacking again by eating delicious treats without worrying about eating too much sugar or salt. Well, we\xe2\x80\x99ve already reduced the sugar in our snacks by 60% and we\xe2\x80\x99re working towards becoming more transparent with our labelling (and encouraging other snack makers to do the same). what you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for

\xc2\xb7 Executing the Shopper Marketing strategy to support the delivery of graze\xe2\x80\x99s Commercial objectives

\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute best in class activations across key UK Retail customers

\xc2\xb7 Working at the heart of the marketing team to ensure consistent brand execution across shopper touchpoints

\xc2\xb7 Working cross functionally and building strong relationships to act as the linchpin between marketing and sales

\xc2\xb7 Passionately representing graze to co-build strong growth plans with our retail customers

What we are looking for in you

\xc2\xb7 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in FMCG marketing or sales functions

\xc2\xb7 You love multi-tasking and have a good eye for detail!

\xc2\xb7 You have a creative eye and want to learn more about Marketing & Design

\xc2\xb7 Enjoy working with and influencing people

\xc2\xb7 You are results orientated and get excited by delivering great activations in-store that will grow the graze business

\xc2\xb7 You enjoy being stretched, would welcome the opportunity to wear many hats and don\xe2\x80\x99t mind getting your hands dirty!

What we will expect in first 6 months

\xc2\xb7 Meet the team! Build & develop relationships with your key network group: Sales, Marketing & Retail partners.

\xc2\xb7 Maximise your onboarding plan to enable you to hit the ground running. It\xe2\x80\x99s so important to invest the time to learn all about graze and how we work first and foremost

\xc2\xb7 Deliver the in-year shopper marketing plans to meet graze\xe2\x80\x99s commercial objectives
