McCullagh's Spar Classic Service Station, Omagh - Shop Supervisor - Full Time

Applicants must have at least 2 years of retail experience.

Previous Supervisor Role experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. All previous applicants must reapply.

Key Responsibilities:

Key to the role of a Supervisor is supporting our Store Managers in all aspects of running the store - motivating the team, making sure the right stuff is on the shelves and keeping everything ship-shape behind the scenes. To deliver customer service in line with our high Customer Service standards To contribute ideas for driving the business and its team forward. To assist in developing a motivated and empowered team through a positive management style To assist in ensuring training is delivered as scheduled To use relevant processes and policies to control the security of people, stock and cash To assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 14.65 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
