Kick Off Sport (now incorporating Parade Schoolwear) is one of Matlock's oldest businesses. Originally established as a sports shop the business has now diversified into schoolwear, sports teamwear and workwear.

Garment decoration by printing and embroidery is how we add value to many of our products and this, as well as a

reputation for good customer service

is the foundation of our business.

We are constantly required to hit production deadlines so the ideal applicate must be comfortable and

reliable when working under pressure

.

We are always looking to drive the business forward by working with more schools, sports clubs and local businesses.

Subject to experience there may be other opportunities within the business such as marketing, sales and website management. Pay would be negotiated in such instance.

We offer a professional, yet friendly working environment with opportunities for growth within the company as we hope to expand.

We can initially offer a part-time position but this could lead to more hours for the right candidate,

From July-Oct is our peak season and more hours can be offered in this time.

Responsibilities:

- Assist and serve customers in store

-Communicate effectively and confidently with customers over the phone or by email

-Operation and maintenance of printing and embroidery machinery (full training given)

-Fulfill website and large bulk orders

-Order and manage our warehouse
- Receive, unload, and organise incoming inventory
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

-Confidence and experience with basic IT systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in different areas as needed

-Customer service experience

-Experience is a professional working environment

-Calm, business like attitude

Pay: From 12.26 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
