Responsibilities

Prepare and mix shisha flavours according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to during the preparation process. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including tools and equipment used for shisha preparation. Assist in managing inventory levels of shisha materials and supplies, ensuring timely reordering when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, offering recommendations, and answering any questions regarding shisha options. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in shisha flavours and preparation techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Basic maths skills for measuring ingredients accurately. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
