Summary

We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our dynamic team at Whites Tavern. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our high standards and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. Manage food production Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen, bars and restaurant areas. Assist in training new team members. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and improve service offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
