Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee operations within Infinity Adventure Park. Do you have a sharp eye for detail & cleanliness? Do you enjoy problem solving while leading a team to provide high quality customer service?

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations within the park. Lead and motivate a team of marshal and kitchen staff to deliver excellent service while maintaining a positive work environment. Monitor safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies. Assist in training new staff members. Collaborate with management to insure smooth operation and high quality customer service. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness and organisation.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the leisure / hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of the leisure industry. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
