The Shift technician will be part of a team of 4, reporting to a Senior Shift Technician to carry out the multi skilled reactive and PPM work required on site.
24/7 rota/shift pattern over 28 days
The key responsibilities for the Shift Technician (multi skilled) includes:
- Participate in the maintenance, operations, repair and adjustment of all machinery and service installations in the Centre.
- Respond to emergency remedial work
- Plumbing, electrical, fitting, carpentry maintenance
- Installations of new services and modifications
- record routine data
- Ensure customer satisfaction - regular communication
- Work on alternative shift patterns
Temporary ongoing role |Friendly team and prestigious building
The successful candidate will need to obtain:
- experience with electrical, plumbing and carpentry
- 17th edition preferably in electrical or an NVQ in electrical/plumbing level 2 minimum.
- Ideally previous experience in large commercial sites or performing arts centres
-a good understanding of modern building control systems
