Shift Maintenance Leader - Bank, London - HV Training!

Looking for a fresh challenge?If so, my client is a marketing leading facilities management organisation, that is seeking a Shift Maintenance Leader to look after a commercial office building close to Bank, London.

Job Specification:

Leading a team of 3 x Skilled Engineers
Ensuring that routine PPMs and Reactive tasks are carried out to all electrical and mechanical plant in accordance with site task schedules and asset lists
Responding to any reactive and planned maintenance throughout the buildings plant room areas - FCUs, AHUs, Motors, Pumps, AC Maintenance, cooling towers, booster sets, generators.
Ensuring strong communication with clients and customer service skills
Organising subcontract labour
Organising quotes and the labour/procurement of materials and parts
Responsible for Health & Safety, logbooks, risk assessment, permits to work etc.

Salary & Package:

\xc2\xa351,000.00 Per Annum + HVAP Training + Overtime
Continental Shift - 7 till 7 - Days & Nights
20 Days Annual Leave
Overtime Available, Further Training ILM 3 / HV-AP

The Person:

City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Engineering
Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
Able to write reports and carry out quotes
