Your responsibilities will include:
Perform regular inspections, carry out preventive maintenance, and repairs in and around the Property as well as on equipment, and systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance or repairs in guest rooms, common areas, and meeting spaces. Multitasking minor works, plumbing and electrical.
Perform preventative maintenance on bedrooms, tools and equipment.
Maintain daily/ weekly/ monthly logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities.
Communicate with guests/ customers when necessary to resolve maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines, and take appropriate measures to address safety hazards in the workplace.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex maintenance issues.
What we are looking?Current working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work
Previous experience working in a five-star hotel in the maintenance department
Highly organized, multitasking individual with a positive attitude & a team player
Ability to manage varying needs and prioritizing to ensure the best business results
A passion for delivering great customer service
Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes
General maintenance and engineering work, with knowledge of plumbing and electrical works
Great communication skills to interact with our guests and colleagues, strong work ethic
