The SHEQ Manager is responsible for establishing and managing policies, procedures, and practices related to safety, health, environment, and quality within the organisation. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices, promoting a strong safety culture, minimizing environmental impact, and driving quality improvement initiatives.
The SHEQ Manager will lead cross-departmental collaboration to identify risks, implement preventive measures, conduct audits, develop training programmes, and ensure continuous improvement in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards.
As the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality lead, the SHEQ Manager will maintain compliance to, and manage audits associated with, ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 certification, as well as PQQ and 3rd party award bodies.Job requirementsThe ideal candidate for the SHEQ Manager role will hold the following qualifications:
