A highly reputable construction consultancy are looking for a SHEQ Advisor to join their fantastic team in London.

The SHEQ Advisor Role

The successful SHEQ Advisor will be joining global commercial real estate firm and will be expected to work on the delivery of exciting and successful public art projects, whether in heritage buildings or new developments.

The SHEQ Advisor will be involved in a mixture of duties, such as:

• Maintaining the compliance system
• Ensuring a continued process of improvement in the standards of HSE Management within the property management FM team.
• Monitoring, reviewing and analysing HSE performance within the account portfolio.
• Completing HSE audits and inspections across REM clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a SHEQ Advisor who is looking to grow with a well-established company.

The SHEQ Advisor

• Essential to have NEBOSH General or Construction
• Desirable to have IOSH
• Desirable to have previous experience in the property sector
• Understanding of the core FM delivery including systems and processes
• UK regulations experience essential
• Beneficial to have experience working in a busy, deadline driven environment.
• Knowledgeable and good organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude.
