Job Description
A highly reputable Car Park Management Company managing over 2,500 car parks in both the public and private sectors are are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their fantastic team in Chelmsford.
The Health and Safety Advisor Role
The successful Health and Safety Advisor will be joining an award-winning Contractor specialising in Car Parking Management and will be expected to work in the Chelmsford Head office predominately as part of their role.
The Health and Safety Advisor will be involved in a mixture of duties, such as:
- Reviewing RAMS, method statements and construction phase plans
- Carrying out toolbox talks
- Investigating incidents and accidents
- Managing and maintaining the company\'s CHAS, Safe Contractor and Avetta accreditations
The Health and Safety Advisor
- Essential to have NEBOSH General or Construction
- Desirable to have IOSH
- UK regulations experience essential.
- Ideally minimum 1 year experience in Construction
- Keen to learn mindset.
- Excellent communication skills
