Role Overview:

As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will be integral to the production of high quality components made from stainless steel and aluminium, primarily with a thickness of 1.5mm. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of essential parts for both the telecommunications and automotive sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabrication: Crafting and assembling metal parts with precision and care.

- Welding: Performing TIG and MIG welding to ensure strong, durable joints.

- Cutting and Shaping: Using tools such as shears, saws, and presses to cut and shape metal sheets.

- Reading Blueprints: Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to guide your work.

- Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.

- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in sheet metal fabrication, particularly with stainless steel and aluminium.

- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure precision in all tasks.

- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
