Job Description


We are a leading utility provider, dedicated to delivering top-quality water and sewerage services. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sewerage Scheduler to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our sewerage scheduling processes.This is a 12-month fixed-term position with the potential to become permanent.What you'll doAs a Sewerage Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our customers updated while maximising the efficient use of their time by creating schedules that reduce overtime, mileage and fuel costs, all while ensuring that essential business needs are met.You will:

  • keep customers informed about scheduling and service updates promptly
  • create schedules that maximise efficiency, reduce overtime, mileage and fuel costs, and meet all necessary business requirements
  • work closely with operational staff and external contractors across multiple disciplines to help reduce overdue work
  • raise and prioritise work requests and schedule planned maintenance to ensure smooth operation and compliance with service standards
  • take advantage of available overtime opportunities to support operations.
What you'll needYou will have:
  • proven experience in scheduling or a related field
  • excellent organisational and communication skills
  • the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external contractors
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
