Job Description
Based at Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath.
This job is workstyle 4 - Hybrid.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations, working from council buildings, working in service user\'s locations and site visits and you can work from home to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
Duties will include the following:
- Progress projects at inception, construction, and completion stages with specific responsibility for carrying pre-works property inspection, agreement and recording of extent of works, inspecting works as they progress and upon completion.
- Recording and reporting works quality ensuring remedial works have been carried out;
- Carry out reactive maintenance inspections, prepare remedial works specifications and works instructions and raise orders, check invoices, and ensure value for money.
Due to a service review, roles and remits may be subject to change.
