Customer Service/Parts Coordinator
Location: North West Aberdeen
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Part Time (20 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: xc2xa316.00 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Parts Coordinator to support our manufacturing client based in the North West of Aberdeen. This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong numerical and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue quotes to customers promptly and accurately.
- Send order confirmations and generate Purchase Order (PO) numbers efficiently.
- Create labels and despatch information using an ERP system.
- Accurately count and track order content to maintain inventory integrity.
- Sort parts against supplier specifications and organise them for delivery.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain up-to-date data records using Excel, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing context.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and calculations.
- Strong numerical skills for effective data management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers and team members.
