Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Assessing service readiness against service transition acceptance criteria to ensure successful project cutover to live
\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborating with Product Teams to complete quality and security assurance activities, escalating any identified errors to the Senior Service Take-On Manager
\xe2\x80\x93 Supporting Product Teams in completing transition readiness assessments prior to go live and providing sign-off for implementation
\xe2\x80\x93 Validating changes against the transition framework, policies, and procedures
\xe2\x80\x93 Actively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives, working with others to enhance the user experience, streamline processes, and optimize IT services for the organization\xe2\x80\x99s diplomatic, development, and consular work worldwide
Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Demonstrated knowledge of Service Management Framework (relevant skill level: awareness)
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong service focus (relevant skill level: working)
\xe2\x80\x93 Familiarity with Problem Management (relevant skill level: awareness)
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in Continual Service Improvement (relevant skill level: working)
\xe2\x80\x93 Understanding of Continuity Management (relevant skill level: awareness)
