We are looking for a Service Support Administrator to join our team in Epsom. You will have strong experience in a support administration position and strong Excel skills.
If so, there is a great opportunity for a Service Support Administrator to join our Customer Service Team. Service Support will remain the biggest differentiator to give us the competitive edge in the market. It is the key Pillar of the Service Organisation in supporting the Service Engineers, implementing processes and coordination with cross functions. Through this Sartorius can provide efficient service on time with more clarity through process, thereby gaining maximum customer satisfaction.
The team consists of eight professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.
This role is on a 12 month fixed term contract based on site in Epsom. Hybrid working will be available for 2 days a week once fully trained, which will take 6 months. The role is full time Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
