Based in Rochdale Hybrid working across on site and 2 days home working per week.
The role
The purpose of this role is to support Petrus in its vision; \'Together we will end homelessness and create safe places where all people can flourish.\'
As a leader within the senior leadership team at Petrus you will drive a high-performance culture within the charity and the teams you have responsibility for. Your remit will cover Homelessness provision, wellbeing, green initiatives and Zone Lead for Housing First across Bury, Bolton and Rochdale.
There is a strong stakeholder and relationships management element to this role, forging, supporting and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and partners both externally and across the wider Regenda group.

The right fit
We\'re looking for a strong leader with proven experience in leading and developing teams within a continuous improvement environment.
You\'ll have the ability to manage financial resources for the delivery of existing services and procurement of new ones, ensuring robust performance management actions to ensure effective financial control.
Knowledge of bid writing would be advantageous.
You\'ll have in-depth knowledge of multiple disadvantage and health inequities within communities and the impact this has, along with a passion for driving and contributing societal and strategic change.
You\'ll be able to demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities and highly developed people skills having built and lead teams and individuals to be motivated to achieve and succeed.
You will have experience of working collaboratively in designing and analysing meaningful data and insight to evidence operational decisions to improve quality and performance within your service area and the wider charity

Petrus provides support services for people facing homelessness or in housing need. We are a charitable organisation and deliver both drop in and residential services in Rochdale and Oldham.
