Job Role: Service Engineer

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire

Salary: \xc2\xa330,000-\xc2\xa335,000 base salary (OTE \xc2\xa340,000+)

Hours: 08.00-16.00 Monday-Thursday, 14:30 finish Friday - flexible hours

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Holiday: 31 days including bank holidays - rising with service

Overtime: always available at time \xc2\xbc

The Company:

Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established, market leader in Design and Manufacture of CNC Cutting Machines on their search for an experienced Service Engineer to join their growing team. Our client has been established for over 50 years and they have sites based in Austria and the USA, which you may occasionally get to visit!

The Benefits:

\xc2\xb7 Salary between \xc2\xa330,000-\xc2\xa335,000 dependent on experience (OTE \xc2\xa340,000+ with travel time paid + overtime)

\xc2\xb7 23 Days Holiday plus bank holidays - rising with service (up to 26 days)

The Role:

\xc2\xb7 This role is 2/3 site based, 1/3 out on the field

\xc2\xb7 You will be carrying out PPMs, Installation and reactive breakdowns on a variety of CNC, Cutting and Laser machines.

\xc2\xb7 This will include working on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery and components - with previous experience working with AC/DC Motors and Drives beneficial

\xc2\xb7 You will occasionally need to travel both nationwide and to Northern Ireland to carry out PPMs to customer machinery.

\xc2\xb7 Previous field based and customer facing experience will be beneficial as you will be the face of the company when visiting customer sites.

\xc2\xb7 Electrical and Mechanical fault finding

\xc2\xb7 Training will be provided for some of the more niche machinery you will be working with

The Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Previous mechanical and electrical experience working in a service environment (essential)

\xc2\xb7 Happy with both field based and site based work (essential)

\xc2\xb7 Mechanical and Electrical fault finding capabilities (essential)

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience working with AC/DC Motors and Drives (essential)

\xc2\xb7 Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) - Advantageous

\xc2\xb7 Happy with nationwide / international travel and occasional overnight stays
