Are you an Electrical Engineer with knowledge of Control systems looking for an exciting role offering a wide variety of work for a global company at the forefront of Industrial Automation, offering a highly competitive package, flexible working and multiple progression paths?

In this role you will performing modifications, routine service and quick fixes to distributed control systems used within many sectors, including Oil & Gas, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Water. This means you will sometimes be required to travel out to Oil Rigs or Platforms for 2 weeks at a time. When not out in the field, you will be preparing systems for installation in an Aberdeen based workshop.

This role would suit a Service Engineer with experience of automation or control technology, who is looking for continuous development, bi-yearly appraisals and willing spend 2 nights a fortnight away, occasionally staying away on Oil Rigs for 2 weeks at a time.

The Role:

• Performing routine maintenance and upgrades on Industrial Automation technology
• Away on average 2 nights a fortnight, with some travel to Oil Rigs in 2 week blocks
• All expenses covered, staying away bonus and a 6K car allowance
• 37.5 hours per week, flexible working
• Continuous development plans and full training provided

The Person:

• Electrical Engineer
• Controls or industrial automation experience
• Happy with travelling and occasional stays on Oil Rigs
