Excellent role on offer for a Service Engineer to join a rapidly growing firm providing a wealth of services, geared towards supplying Telecommunications, IT and Managed services, offering extensive progression opportunities on offer.

This company provide an array of technology based solutions to their client base. These services include Telecommunications, Managed Print, Hosted VoIP Telephony and many others. You would be coming into a warm desk where you would hit the ground running working with some of the businesses largest clients. You would equally be developing new clients of your own. Having grown rapidly over recent times and with an impressive order book, they are now looking to recruit a Service Engineer to join their growing team.

In this role you will be responsible for the service, repair and install various types of photocopier equipment. Your other responsibilities will include:

- Cultivating professional relationships and communicate effectively with customers, team members and relevant stakeholders.
- Problem solve any technical issues with clients to identify the most effective solutions.
- Identify commercial opportunities and communicate with sales representatives.
- Ensure customer equipment is maintained to the highest standard.
- Taken necessary actions to account for any health and safety risks.
- Identify process and continuous improvement opportunities.

This role would therefore ideally suit an individual with a proven background within a sales environment who has experience working within the sales environment and selling either a service or managed services. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with both face to face and remote sales and a track record of delivering excellent results and meeting relevant targets. You will be highly motivated to meet relevant targets and progress your career.
