Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for a new position in Central London? Our client is looking to hire a new Maintenance Engineer to join their well established team, responsible for maintenance in a high-end commercial office space.
You will be responsible for completing electrical and mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance including emergency lights checks, fire alarm checks, AHU\'s, pumps, motors and plant room checks.
This role is based within a brand-new telecommunications buidling therefore experience in a client-facing role is required!
Maintenance Engineer - Qualifications:
- NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition
- Experience working in a high-end commercial space
- Experience working within Facilities Management
