Job Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated, resourceful individual to join our field service team in the

Berkshire

area.

Experience in plumbing or building maintenance is essential.

Full product training

will be provided for the right candidate.

You'll work independently from home, covering an area of approximately 60 miles. This is a customer facing role in both domestic and commercial environments. Excellent customer service skills are a must as is the ability to work within health & safety guidelines.

We provide a

fully stocked vehicle

, tools, phone and uniform.

You will be working a 40-hour week, with the opportunity for overtime.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal functionality of macerator systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Drive to various job sites to conduct assessments and deliver services. Maintain accurate records of service performed and materials used. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements:

A full UK driving license Building maintenance and/or plumbing skills Good communicator Motivated & Confident Can do attitude Able to work independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service skills
