1st Line Support/Service Desk Analysts is this you? You get real satisfaction from solving a user\'s IT issue. You love to learn and pick up new skills. You\'d love to be involved in an enterprise scale business as it adopts group wide change.
You\'ll join a busy team who currently deal with all IT Support calls for the entire UK based estate, circa 1500 users.
You will take full call ownership from logging the support calls that come into the helpdesk, to working with users to resolve IT issues and offer a fix where appropriate.
You\'ll have lots of user interaction in the role, so we\'d really need interpersonal skills and be extremely customer service focused to help.
You will be dealing with users over the phone and logging their calls onto helpdesk systems. You will also be experienced in dealing with a variety of IT problems and ensuring that they are resolved to their customer\'s satisfaction.
