Service Desk Manager - St Albans - Onsite
Senitor are pleased to be working a rapidly expanding company in St Albans and we are looking for an experienced IT professional with a wealth of experience within the world of IT. Whether you are a Service Desk Manager or looking to move into this role, this could be an amazing step in your career.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responding appropriately to, and effectively resolving, client issues, queries or incidents
- Help support, train and mentor other team members
- Application troubleshooting
- Manging the IT Team
- Keeping the clients\' updated
- IT Projects
- Visit client sites when needed
- Act as an escalation point
- Various other responsibilities
- Minimum of 5 years in an IT Support environment with 3rd line experience
- Previous exp of managing, training, or supporting Jr members of staff
- Cloud Technologies
- Strong networking skills - Infrastructure/server management
- Windows Servers - Set up / Config / Troubleshooting
- Wealth of IT Project experience
- Strong O365 skills
- Backup Solutions
- Antivirus software
- Mac
- Troubleshooting Hardware & Software
