What You\'ll Be Doing:
As a Service Delivery Manager, your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
Contract Management: Oversee the delivery of managed service contracts, ensuring they meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), remain within budget, and maintain the highest quality standards.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the client\'s primary point of contact for all service delivery matters, building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and client staff.
Resource Management: Effectively manage internal resources to optimize service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Liaison: Provide regular reports to the Delivery Management chain and collaborate closely with managed service management to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
Supporting Delivery Management: Play an integral role in supporting the Delivery Management function by driving associated tasks and contributing to the success of the broader team.
Your Skills and Experiences:
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager with a diverse skill set and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your qualifications and experiences should include:
Stakeholder Relationships: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and client staff.
Performance Monitoring: Strong skills in monitoring and managing services against contracted SLA metrics or KPIs.
Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrated track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and the ability to develop and execute recovery action plans when necessary.
Financial Management: Expertise in ensuring the financial health of contracts, including revenue and cost management within agreed budgets and forecasts.
Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues at all levels, from engineers to senior managers.
Scope Management: Ensure that operations teams are well-informed about the scope of support services and possess the required information.
Escalation Authority: Act as a point of escalation for service failures, with the authority to mobilize additional resources when needed, such as specialist teams or personnel for specific issues or opportunities.
Bid Work: Assist pre-sales and Commercial teams in bid work for new or renewed SLA agreements.
Client Account Growth: Collaborate with senior management on client account management and growth strategies, safeguarding both client and BAE Systems AI long-term interests.
