It is recognised by global advisor firms ISG and HfS as a market leader in the provision of next generation Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) services to help clients deliver their Digital Transformation strategies.


Hybrid working

: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

Our Service Delivery Leads are key to sustaining our business growth through world class service delivery, service innovation and continual service improvement, in line with our global "ADMNext" Go to Market offer. The ability to deliver significant improvements in the service is expected, as is the ability to build strong client relationships and expand the account footprint, working closely with the Account Manager. Key elements of the role include -


Change Management Continuous Service Improvement Problem Management Team Management Process Management Service Review Financial Management Contract & Commercial Management Building a strong and trusted relationship with your client(s) Delivering the contracted service to the highest standard

Your skills and experience

Needs to have an interest in technologies, and the ability to understand what's being done and why. This interest will be useful at time when the RM works with Live Services, as he/she will need to guide them.


Should have a software CI/delivery background, with understanding of how code should be delivered from Development, through testing and then Production.


The candidate should have the following qualities and experience:

Puppet/Jenkins/Zabbix/Linux/Docker/Kubernetes Atlassian experience (JIRA, Confluence, Crowd, Bitbucket) Software packaging

Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.


To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.


Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.


Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
