About The Opportunity:
The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution of projects from verification to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Service Delivery Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Please note the successful individual will be required to be in-office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Review project documentation (quotes, purchase orders, site requirements, surveys and work forms) for accu-racy.
Escalate discrepancies or missing information to relevant team members.
Manage assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Allocate engineering resources to meet project needs and timelines.
Maintain accurate project notes in Zoho Project, capturing all relevant information and changes.
Provide regular project progress updates in customer meetings.
Develop and maintain project logs for large customer accounts, identifying risks, capturing and implementing lessons learned.
Track and input project costs in Zoho Project, including comments for additional costs.
Flag costs exceeding quoted budget and escalate to Directors when necessary.
Create daily stock picklists and coordinate shipping schedules to ensure steady workflow for Warehouse.
Monitor projects, following up on delayed and on hold projects.
Build positive relationships with customers and contractors.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and maintenance of project procedures.
Participate in team meetings, offering feedback and improvement suggestions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar coordination role or administration.
Experience in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of project management software (advantageous).
Excellent organisational skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy with data entry.
Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
APM, Agile or PRINCE2 accreditation, or similar (advantageous).
