As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role coordinating the allocation of our services. You'll be responsible for ensuring that Training, Audits and Fire Risk Assessments are delivered in an effective and efficient manner. This will involve coordinating with clients and collaborating with our large field-based teams of safety professionals.

The Role:
Are you able to work to deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for someone who is able to handle change and good at "plate spinning". As you'll know if you've worked in a role that involved coordinating people, things don't always go to plan and it's vital to be able to keep a cool head and work out a logical solution. We'd also like to find someone who is data-driven and methodical, whilst being good at working with people and a variety of different Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Management of forecasting, projections and scheduling services accordingly
Responsible for the collation and internal communication of audit information to colleagues and clients
Responsible for the management of the Audit on-going service schedule
Planning of efficient and cost-effective scheduling of location visits for Audits, booking Audits and all related calendar management
Timely client correspondence related to Audits
Responsible for the reconciliation of Audit rounds
Support the Service Manager with ad hoc tasks, when required
Assessment and authorising of special tasks, in collaboration with the Services Team Manager
Support the Services Team Manager with all aspects of the service delivery for new and existing customers, in particular audits
Responsible for the production of the Blade KPI performance figures
