Welding Engineers has a strong and varied customer base in industry sectors such as MoD, Railways, Retail and Airports as well as numerous local and national businesses.
We have branches in Manchester,Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Londonand Newcastle giving geographic coverage of the UK if required.
Our experienced team of engineers, electricians, roofers and fabricators are all full time employees allowing us to maintain a high quality level of service and workmanship.
We operate an emergency call out service 365 days a year.

Reportable to the Service Manager, we are seeking a Service Co-ordinator to assist in providing administration within a busy/fast moving work environment.
The candidate much be able to prioritise their own workload, work under pressure and work be able to work well as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines.
Attention to detail is vital, as is using initiative and having the ability to investigate and solve problems
Customer service experience is essential and must be confident and able to communicate well with people at all levels within the business as well as having a professional approach when speaking to customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities and Duties
Brief List of Responsibilities
Accountable for the day to day administration support to the Service Manager
Receiving orders, logging on & producing job sheets
Update each customer engineers report sheets, ensuring customer and site address are correct, contacts and contact numbers.
Planning Diary for engineers.
Update Customer Portals
Update service schedules
Logging further quoted works required
Preparing job file for invoicing
Pricing reactive visits and updating the customer with the costs so they can uplift to uplift PO's
Qualifications and Skills
Core skills to include
MS Office
Sage experience preferable
Ideally with a background in a Service based organisation
