The Customer Service Coordinator will be based at our Bolton site and will report directly to the Service Sales Leader Midlands & North. Responsible for coordinating service technician schedules in the Region assigned, to repair, service or install products. The Customer Service Coordinator will develop and maintain customer relationships and maximise business opportunities. Must be extremely organised and the ability to manage own workload but that of our engineers and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customer enquiries.
• Maintain Customer relationships.
• Handling incoming calls
• Effectively logging Service and Hire calls.
• Managing Technicians diary
• Allocating and planning PPM, remedial, Hire and commissioning visits.
• Raising purchase orders for Technicians
• Sending customers reports
• Invoicing
• Liaise with Department Manager on daily basis.
• Any additional responsibilities as required.
