Job Description
Pertemps Exeter are working to find a service controller for a large company who have over 40 years\' experience within their industry.
This role would suit a Service Controller with a plant hire or agricultural background, looking to establish a successful career within a market leading company, alongside generous company benefits.
The role of Service Controller will encompass the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the service department including daily duties for engineers, communicating vital information with customers, checking the status of each job and offering additional services where required.
- To ensure both you, your engineers and staff operate the company system to the most effective outcome.
- Ensure that all warranty work is completed, and all relevant information is recorded and actioned quickly and efficiently.
- Develop and maximise company objectives.
- To ensure all work and practices are carried out with regard to Health & Safety with particular reference to the company handbook.
- Maintain a motivated workforce and be available to discuss their problems, concerns and make the regional service manager aware.
- Experience in plant or agriculture
- Ideally experience in a service controller position
- Salary circa \xc2\xa335k - \xc2\xa336k per annum (Depending on experience)
- Monday-Friday Working
