The Role



Our Service and Maintenance Administrator is an integral part of the team. The ideal candidate should bring a positive customer-centric approach, have a proactive mindset and as each day will be different and also have a flexible approach to their work with the ability to prioritise work accordingly.

M&E Group has been operating since 2018 and is a trusted provider in the construction sector. We pride ourselves on attention to detail by ensuring that each job is carefully managed and completed with the upmost care, ensuring we turn up and do what we say we are going to do and on time

As a group we offer a wide range of services, including Electrical contracting, EV Charging installations, maintenance and servicing, Air conditioning services, fire and Security services including, CCTV installations, fire Alarm Systems and Access controls and automated gates and barriers.

Key Responsibilities:



Undertake general admin duties Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails Ensure all correspondence is managed efficiently and accurately Accurately process orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered and managed Coordinate with relevant suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery of orders Coordinate with customers providing outstanding service delivery Updating the management system with job updates Update spreadsheets with project costs Document management Running daily reports and actioning accordingly

Required Attributes:



Proven experience as an Administrator in a similar role Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office and office management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills High level of professionalism and integrity Strong IT proficiency, previous experience using the management software Simpro would be advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 22,100.00-27,000.00 per year
