An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Young People\xe2\x80\x99s Services. If you are highly skilled in Business Support and looking to take the next step in your career, then this is the role for you. The ideal candidate will be a confident and dedicated person who is passionate about making a difference to Doncaster young people and their families. You will be responsible for supervising a team providing efficient administrative support across a range of activities which meet quality standards and performance targets.
You will understand the importance the business support role has in ensuring the delivery of a high quality service and will have experience of working with partner agencies.
You will provide support to Senior Leaders so an excellent understanding of confidentiality is essential. You will have excellent organisational skills and be both responsive and pro-active. You will be required to proof documents to the highest standard and ensure they look professional before distributing. You will also be required to minute take high level meetings.
You will be a System Administrator within the Youth Offending Service so experience with using different case management systems would be beneficial. You will also have excellent ICT skills and knowledge of using different Office packages. The work undertaken is fast-paced so you will need to be self-motivated and well-organised with the ability to undertake new tasks in a changing and dynamic organisation. Ongoing training will be provided to the successful candidate.
