SERVICE ADVISOR
Basic Salary -\xc2\xa327,500 OTE - \xc2\xa333,500
Working Hours - Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00 + Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Location - Liverpool
Vacancy to be filled by an experienced Service Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude who is always committed to offering quality customer service.
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
\xc2\xb7Take Service Department bookings.
\xc2\xb7Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
\xc2\xb7Meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements
\xc2\xb7Updating customers with technical issues
\xc2\xb7Dealing with complaints
\xc2\xb7Seize opportunities for up selling products
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
\xc2\xb7Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor
\xc2\xb7Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
\xc2\xb7Must be money motivated with confidence in up selling
\xc2\xb7Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
\xc2\xb7Ability to thrive within a busy service department
\xc2\xb7Full clean UK Driving Licence
