We\xe2\x80\x99re combining multi-currency accounts with unlimited access to global markets so that everyone in Europe can invest freely without sneaky hidden fees or unnecessary barriers.

Over the last year, we\xe2\x80\x99ve grown from just an idea to a regulated business in both the UK and EU, raising $35M and hiring a team of 40+ people from some of the best fintechs (Wise, Revolut, Robinhood and more) along the way. What you will do

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies including but not limited to content strategy, keyword research, topic clustering, etc.
• Handle all aspects of SEO, including on-page & off-page optimization, technical SEO and internal and external link-building strategies.
• Collaborate with content and PR teams to optimise and promote content, ensuring it is discoverable by search engines.
• Perform detailed SEO audits and guide the development team in the technical implementation of SEO best practices.
• Implement schema markup for website content.
• Manage the XML sitemap and robots.txt files for large-scale websites.
• Monitor and analyse SEO stats.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates.
• Communicate SEO strategy/results to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytical tools.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web development technologies.
• Excellent project management, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Previous experience with financial products is a strong plus.
