What you will do

• Take the lead with in technical engagements with our partners, customers and internal teams to explore new ideas and solutions to challenging military user problems
• Develop up and coming engineers and technicians with their Systems skills and sharing your domain knowledge
• Contribute to and make key decisions that impacts what capability we may develop for the future
• Develop and mature systems designs, experiments, demonstration and trials to increase our understanding of stakeholder needs and creating proofs of concept
• Ensure our experiments and demonstrations are safe through rigorous review and planning

What we are looking for

• 5 years residency in the UK as a minimum
• Science, engineering or maths based educational background to degree level
• Demonstrable experience of delivering technology focussed demonstrations, research and prototype systems design
• Demonstrable ability to collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others on technical and soft skills
