Senior Software Engineer - Python
- Fully remote working
- Up to \xc2\xa375,000 per annum + 15% bonus (paid quarterly)

As part of the construction of a brand-new team, they are searching for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the software development team, delivering software and data integration projects, and working to improve software and data quality, best practises, and reliability. You will predominantly be working on greenfield projects, supplemented with some legacy work and writing code to help integrate existing systems with a clear goal of delivering effortless customer experiences across the country as you build and operate the full fibre network.
Key Skills:
- Experience in modern Python and web frameworks (e.g., Django, Wagtail, Fast API)
- Experience using container deployment systems such a Kubernetes.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, preprocessors
- Experience developing microservices for AWS or other cloud environments.
- An understanding of RESTful API design and Data Modelling.
- Experience working in a Telecommunication or Utilities environment.
- Knowledge of database administration
- Knowledge of other scripting languages (Rust, C#/.NET, SQL)
