Senior User Researcher

We are looking for a User Researcher to join a widely recognised client within the publishing space.

Key Points:

  • Work closely with our Senior UX Researcher to identify research opportunities and plan the most appropriate user research studies.
  • Create research plans, participate in recruitment, and develop research materials, such as interview guides and surveys.
  • Conduct user research studies applying a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • Analyze research data and communicate actionable user insights in a clear and compelling manner to the product teams.
  • Create research deliverables such as reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate research findings.
