All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects.

We're looking for a Senior Undertakings & Assurances (U&A) Coordinator to join our Routewide team based in Milton Keynes.

In this role you will support the U&A Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Undertakings & Assurances, prepare for monthly client baseline and UACG meetings. Support U&A Manager with the construction assurance and handover readiness, ensuring relevant system, processes and training material are kept updated.

You will monitor and govern SEm database to ensure plans and evidence are up to date and commitments can be complied with. Where applicable, action for handover, discharge or variation. You will implement early engagement with U&A owners to ensure commitments can be met and complied with factoring in funding requirements with the client.

Part of this role is to support the Work Package Managers (WPM) to identify Undertakings and Assurances for their scope of works, as well as supporting on associated requirements, up to date induction material, training workshops and quarterly audits to ensure site teams are adhering to processes.

The correct onboarding of new employees, line managers and supply chain will need to be supported with the relevant induction and training for U&As. You will also support performance monitoring to ensure in line with works information strategic plan.

You will carry out potential /non-compliance investigations with lead to meet the U&A incident reporting timeline and ensure lessons are shared through monthly client compliance meetings. You will support ongoing U&A portal development and administration keep Intranet page up to date and ensure all design related U&As are assured by L3 certification stage.

In addition, you will own queries with wider end user, manage day to day administration using SharePoint/BIMXtra and support external interface activities using key metrics on dashboard and one to one assurances to the ICD is of quality content and carry out EKFB trainings and audits as required.

Knowledge of large-scale civil engineering projects Understanding of HS2 Act - desirable Awareness of the constraints/sensitivites from working in the rural environment Good IT skills - Office, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Document Management Systems and awareness of GIS platforms
