We are currently recruiting for an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join the team. The opportunity to work in such a friendly and supportive team is an exciting chance for any RGN / ODP qualified practitioner to positively move forward in their career. The Hospital is a 32-bed elective surgical environment, which hosts a variety of multidisciplinary consultant led outpatient clinics. You will be working in the Ambulatory care suite which has just been built.

The Candidate

The Ideal candidate should be smart, polite and flexible and positive in their way of working. They will also be self-motivated, positive thinking and proven to be able to provide extremely high standards of patient care, as well as manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team.

You will be required to provide quality services for patients,and hold be a qualified Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with a minim of 4 years post qualification experience.

There are also Non senior positions for this Hospital paying \xc2\xa335,000pa across Anaesthetics, Recovery and Scrub.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Qualifications

• Experience in either Scrub / Anaesthetics / Recovery/ Endoscopy
• Comfortable working days only as there will be no night shifts
• Confident Communicator
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills across a range and varied patient case mix and competent across a range of skills

Location
