We are currently recruiting for a Senior Technology Risk Analyst to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.

Your role

You will support in the identification, analysis, management, and effective monitoring of risks and issues that are helping to protect the CIO division and our insurance client from project and change risks, information, systems and data.

Our Technology risk domains in CIO include change management, service management, cyber resilience, data, legacy technology, technical resilience, people and culture, third party and finance, cloud, and strategy and architecture.

You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Risk Lead in helping us to identify, assess, and manage appropriately, the risk across these technology risk domains. The role sits primarily across our change management risk category, overseeing our key portfolios and supporting delivery by ensuring that we are balancing risk with commercial benefits, managing the development of change related key indicators to accurately measure the risk maturity of our portfolios, and conducting risk focused training to help our portfolio delivery directors identify and assess key risks in a consistent manner.

You will also deliver a variety of risk related services such as completing formal control reviews to support Risk and Control Risk Self-Assessment (RCSA), performing risk assessments, risk focused deep dives, regular updates to the risk register, preparation of materials for risk working groups and various committees as well as working with our internal and external risk functions to remediate actions.

About you

You may hold a relevant qualification in a technology subject and/or experience in a technology focused apprenticeship and can demonstrate a good understanding of technology platforms.

You will have hands-on\xe2\x80\x9d experience of technology risk and / or change management and can explain technical concepts such as DevOps and the Software Development Lifecycle in a concise and understandable manner.

You are likely to have knowledge of project management methodologies, FCA or PRA regulations and can spot opportunities to add value and assess their applicability to CIO.
